Deborah Bosah is a BSC holder in Mass Communications from The Redeemer’s University. 

 She began her career at a financial institution (Stanbic IBTC Pension) where she worked in the Risk and Compliance department and later blossomed into being the executive assistant to the head of the division before being promoted to the administrative assistant to the chief executive officer of the company. 

After serving in the financial sector for almost 6 years, she moved into the Oil and Gas Industry, where she served as the administrative assistance to the Managing Director of a conglomerate Jagal Ltd and Nigerdock. After a few years of service, she was moved to the Business Development department, where she served as the Risk and Compliance Manager. 

After 5 years of service in the Oil and Gas Industry, Bosah Deborah moved to the Health Care Industry where she discovered a person: taking care of people by assisting them with their activities of daily living and showing compassion to people who need it but have no one. 

Taking care of people who are in need due to either Ageing, memory loss (short or long-term) health challenges or physical or mental disability brought joy to her as she realized she was not just happy serving but felt satisfied doing so. She has worked in nursing homes: as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and detox hospitals: where she served as a Mental Health Counsellor, Group homes, Assisted Living, Memory care Assisted living, etc. 

It was the joy and satisfaction that filled her heart that gave birth to “Cedar Health Care”. Bosah, Deborah constantly got referrals from patients and their families to other families, and she realized she needed help in order to serve the families and her community at large well.
